Category #1: Regional Favorites – these are the bites you’ll only find here, so don’t miss out!
Knoephla Soup, Go-Go Donuts: This traditional German Potato Soup will warm you up on a cold winter's day. Go-Go Donuts’ uses an old family recipe, and if you close your eyes as you take a bite, you might almost think you’re at Grandma’s house!
Sitting Bull Bison Burger, Outlaws Bar & Grill
: Eat like Lewis & Clark with this unique burger! Add a side of White Cheddar Cheese Curds for a truly Midwestern meal!
Juneberry Pie, Lund’s Landing Marina & Lodge: Fresh from the oven pie topped with the largest scoop of ice cream you’ve ever seen! If you enjoy your piece enough – and trust me, you will – you can take an entire Juneberry Pie home with you!
Category #2: Laidback Lunches – take a break from shopping downtown Williston or exploring historic sites with some easy lunch options.
Basil Sushi Bar & Asian Fusion: If you’re in a hurry, grab a seat at the sushi bar, and watch a chef prepare you a surprisingly gourmet lunch. Basil also has an awesome menu of lunch specials that are all accompanied by soup and egg rolls; it’s a ton of food for a great price!
Courthouse Café: The Courthouse Café has a different menu every day, and you’ll have to ‘Like’ them on Facebook to get it! Try to contain your excitement when the daily menu is posted showing Hot Turkey Sandwich as the special – it’s like Thanksgiving once a week! Finish your lunch with a HUGE homemade Monster Cookie!
Smiling Moose Deli: Open less than a year, Smiling Moose has quickly become a Williston favorite. Try a delicious Grinder or Create Your Own sandwich for a perfectly custom lunch! The best part? Smiling Moose has its own mobile app, and you can order ahead if you’re really in a hurry!
Category #3: Date Night – Unwind with your favorite person over dinner and drinks!
Mulligan’s at Eagle Ridge Golf Course: Mulligan’s overlooks the golf course, and on a beautiful summer evening nothing beats enjoying a cocktail on the outdoor patio!
Sakura Japanese Steak House: Sakura is the perfect date spot, because you get dinner and a show! Watch the chefs prepare your hibachi dinner (complete with flames and sake bombs) or enjoy some beautifully plated sushi. You’ll have a blast at Sakura!
Eleven Restaurant and Lounge: Located in the Williston Boutique Hotel, Eleven is Williston’s finest dining experience. Choose a glass of wine from their extensive list and indulge in Lobster Ravioli or a 22 oz. Porterhouse! If you’re looking for a truly romantic evening, Eleven is just the place.
Category #4: Family Friendly – take the kids and spend some family time over a great meal!
Hangar Grill at the Grand Williston Hotel: The Hangar Grill is known for an exceptional Sunday brunch! Stop in after church and choose your favorites from a huge list of breakfast classics!
Wildcat Pizzeria: Wildcat has a cool industrial look and feel that makes it hard not to have a good time. Their NY style pizza and ridiculously good Stromboli will satisfy kids and parents alike!
MySwirl: Williston’s only Frozen Yogurt Shop has all the candy and chocolatey toppings your kids dream of! (There’s fruit too, but why even bother..) Not only is the yogurt delicious, but your kids will have a blast creating their one of a kind sundae!
