Join The James for their annual Art Fest! This one day festival promotes art in northwest North Dakota and raises money for the preservation of The James Memorial Library building. The event will feature live entertainment, children's activities, art and craft vendors, food vendors and a live art auction featuring original art created for the festival! Come enjoy a beautiful day at the park. Admission is FREE.
