Market Dates

• December 1–4
• December 8–11
• December 15–18

Daily Schedule

• Move-in begins: 4:30 PM (If earlier access is needed, please notify us in advance)
• Boths ready by: 5:15 PM
• Market open to the public: 5:30 PM
• Market closes: 8:30 PM

Vendor Responsibilities
Venders must remain open for full event hours. Early teardown or failure to attend your assigned dates may result in removal from future Visit Williston organized events.

Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations related to their business operations, including food safety requirements established by the North Dakota Department of Health.

Vendor Agreement
By submitting the form below, I acknowledge the following:

• I have reviewed and understand the information provided on this webpage.

• I understand that violation of event guidelines may result in forfeiture of all fees paid and removal from future Williston CVB/Visit Williston events.

• My booth space is not reserved until full payment is received.

• I am responsible for ensuring all required permits, licenses, and regulations are met.

• I agree to decorate my booth with a Christmas/holiday theme to complement the market environment.

• I agree to participate for the full duration of the dates I have selected.
