Dust off your favorite flannel and join us at Lewis and Clark State Park on Saturday, September 19, 2026 to celebrate the changing of the seasons at Flannel Fest.

Enjoy live music from crowd favorites and don't miss the thrilling Timberwork's Lumberjack Show—with jaw-dropping skills and fast-paced action!

Test your aim with axe throwing, or challenge your friends to a round of mini golf. Take a tractor-pulled hayride through the park's beautiful fall backdrop.

Little ones will love pumpkin painting and inflatable bounce houses, while the whole family can capture memories with a photography mini session or at selfie stations.

Warm up with a complimentary soup and s'mores bar (while supplies last), and explore a delicious lineup of local food trucks. Grown-ups can unwind at the beer garden hosted by Bakken Airport XWA Hotel & Studios, and everyone can browse a variety of unique vendors.

Flannel Fest is a great opportunity for craft and product vendors to showcase their unique goods, connect with the community, and be part of a fun fall tradition at Lewis and Clark State Park.

VENDOR INFORMATION
  • Booth Fee — $40
  • Booth Size — 10' x 10' space
  • Event Hours — 11 AM - 4 PM (vendors must remain open for the full duration)
  • Electricity — Vendors must provide their own power source if needed

  • Application Deadline — Friday, August 14
  • Notification of Acceptance — Tuesday, August 18
  • Invoices sent upon approval. Payment is due upon receipt to secure your space.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be issued for non-compliance, no-shows, or other vendor-related issues. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled.

Fall related and Handcrafted items will be given first consideration. MLM and direct selling businesses will not be accepted. Application deadline is Friday, August 14, 2026. Notice of Acceptance is Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
