December 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th (Tuesdays and Thursday leading up to the week of Christmas) from 5:30-8:30PM
Step into the Christmas Market inside the Keel Boat and explore festive booths filled with handcrafted gifts, baked goods, and other ready-to-gift items from area makers. It’s the perfect stop to shop local and spread holiday cheer!

** The entire market will have Christmas backdrops. Vendors are strongly encouraged to decorate the space with a Christmas theme. Booth Sizes will be assigned based on length of participation at the market. Vendors will be notified of their assigned size at the beginning of November.

Event Schedule Time: Requirement:

4:30 pm Vendor Move In begins. Please notify us if earlier access is needed.

5:15 pm All Booths must be fully set up and ready to open

5:30 pm Gates open to the public.

8:30pm Market closes, vendors may begin teardown.

9:30pm Park closes for night.

** Important: Vendors must remain setup until 8:30pm. Tearing down early or failing to attend assigned nights will result in vendor not being invited back to future shows.

I understand that failure to follow the regulations in this agreement may result in forfeiture of all monies paid to the Williston CVB and may lead to being banned from future events organized by the Williston CVB. I understand my booth space is not reserved until payment is received.
