Join us for Food Truck Friday and Band Day 2027 in Harmon Park! We're excited to welcome food vendors for a huge weekend celebrating 100 years of Band Day.

Registration Includes

Friday – Food Truck Friday in Harmon Park
Saturday – Band Day festivities in Harmon Park
Power is Provided

Food Vendor Registration Fee: $200

Setup & Event Hours

Thursday Evening
Vendor setup will be available Thursday evening so trailers are set and ready.

Friday – Food Truck Friday
Open: 10:00 AM
Vendors may close at their own discretion Friday evening.

Saturday – Band Day
Open: 9:00 AM
Close: 5:00 PM

Important Saturday Vendor Information

All registration submissions will be reviewed and approved vendors will be notified by April 9, 2027.

If you register for Food Truck Friday & Saturday Band Day festivities in Harmon Park, you cannot also register as a food vendor for the Saturday Night Headlining Concert at the ARC unless you have two separate food trailers/units.

Vendors participating at both Saturday locations must have:

One trailer/unit at Harmon Park
One trailer/unit at the ARC Headlining Concert

Due to the locations and timing of Saturday's events, a single food trailer/unit cannot serve both locations.

I understand if I do not follow the regulations set forth in this agreement, I forfeit all monies paid to the Williston CVB and may be banned from any and all future events organized by the Williston CVB. *

I understand this registration is for food vendors participating in Food Truck Friday and Band Day festivities in Harmon Park. Important: If you have also registered to participate at the Saturday Night Headlining Concert, you will need two separate food trucks/units in order to participate in both the concert and Band Day activities in Harmon Park. One food truck/unit will need to remain at the concert location, while the second will be needed for your Harmon Park location. Please plan accordingly when registering for multiple Band Day weekend events. *
