Band Day 2024 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Band Day! The Band Day Committee is seeking food, craft and product vendors (no information booths, please). 

Please note: this page contains a vendor application. All applications will be reviewed and potential vendors notified if approved on or before April 19. A vendor map and move-in information will be available the week of Band Day.

Festival hours for the public are 10a-5p
The Band Day parade will be starting at noon.  As always, please check back in case of inclement weather for updates. On very wet years, vehicles, trailers or ATVs may be banned in Harmon Park due to surface saturation in the park. In this case, the map will be adjusted with new space assignments.

Food Trucks and Vendors with Trailers                                                                
All trailers must be moved in by Friday afternoon starting at 4pm. You will be sent a move-in schedule the week of the event. If the time allotted to you does not work for you, please notify Morgan immediately to set up an alternate time. If you miss your move-in time, your spot will be moved or forfeited without refund.
Please send a photo to cvb@ci.williston.nd.us of the side of your trailer including the hitch and showing the serving window or notify us on the registration how your serving window is set up. This will help us plan for move-in. 

All other Vendors              
Move-in is Saturday morning, May 11th. Booths MUST be up and running from 10am-5pm. All vehicles, trailers, and ATVs being used for move-in must be off of the grass by 9am. If you plan on unloading a vehicle in the park, please be mindful of those around you and come early!

The week of Band Day a map will be sent out to you with your location in the park. Please remember no tables or chairs are provided.
 
Tear Down starts Saturday, May 11th at 5pm. Vendors can NOT tear down before 5p. If you leave earlier, you are subject to not having a spot in upcoming CVB events.

Electricity:
If your booth requires electricity, you may not be placed right next to a power supply. Please plan to provide your own extension cords to power up to 100 feet away from your booth.

Other notes:
  • Direct connection for water service is not provided.
  • Wi-fi is not provided for this event.
  • No refunds are permitted for non-compliance, no-shows, etc. for this event. Refunds are only offered if the event is canceled.
  • This event can be viewed LIVE via our “Band Day” Facebook page on May 11th at noon.
  
 
Band Day Festival Hours for Vendors:
all times are approximate and subject to change:

Friday May 10th:
4PM: Food truck move-in only. This time may be subject to change. Food vendors will be given a specific time slot and order in which they must set up. If time slot is missed, vendor spot will be moved or forfeited.

Saturday May 11th:
7AM-9AM: Vendor set-up. All vehicles, trailers, and ATVs must be out of the park by 9am.
10AM:
Vendors open to the public
12PM: Parade begins
1:30/2PM: Parade ends
After 5PM: Vendor move-out
