FRIDAY, MAY 9
4 PM:
Food truck move-in only
Food vendors will receive a designated time slot and setup order. A move-in schedule will be sent out the week of the event.
If your assigned time does not work, please contact Amanda at the CVB immediately to arrange an alternative. Missing your time slot may result in your vendor spot being relocated or forefeited without a refund.
SATURDAY, MAY 10
7-9 AM: Craft/product vendor setup | All vehicles, trailers, and ATVs used for move-in must be out of the park by 9 AM.
10 AM:
Vendors open | Booths MUST be up and running from 10 AM-5 PM.
12 PM: Parade begins
1:30-2 PM:
Parade ends
5 PM: Vendor move-out | Vendors are not allowed to tear down before 5 PM. Leaving early may result in losing eligibility for future CVB events.

Booth Location
A map with your designated spot in the park will be sent to you the week of Band Day. Please note tables and chairs are not provided -- vendors must bring their own.
Electricity
If your booth requires electricity, you may not be placed right next to a power supply. Vendors must bring their own extension cords capable of reaching up to 100 feet.
Other
Water: Direct water connections are not provided.
Wi-fi is not provided for this event.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for non-compliance, no-shows, or other vendor-related issues. Refunds are only provided if the event is canceled.

Notification of Approval
Please note: This page includes a vendor
application
. All registration submissions will be reviewed and approved vendors will be notified by April 18, 2025.
A vendor map and move-in details will be provided the week of Band Day. During particularly wet years, vehicles, trailers and ATVs may be prohibited in Harmon Park due to saturated ground conditions.In case of inclement weather, the event map will be updated with new space assignments.
