Join us for the Band Day 2027 Saturday Night Headlining Concert at the ARC! We're excited to welcome food vendors for the grand finale of a weekend celebrating 100 years of Band Day.

Tentative Setup: Around 2:00 PM*
Open & Ready to Serve: 4:00 PM
*Setup time is tentative and may change as event details are finalized. Registered vendors will receive additional setup and event information closer to Band Day.
Important Saturday Vendor Information
If you register as a food vendor for the Saturday Night Headlining Concert at the ARC, you cannot also register for Food Truck Friday & Saturday Band Day festivities in Harmon Park unless you have two separate food trailers/units.
Vendors participating at both Saturday locations must have:
Due to the locations and timing of Saturday's events, a single food trailer/unit cannot serve both locations.
